This company has the best customer service I’ve ever experience! Mrs.Jennifer is so professional and she takes the time out to listen and understand your vision. Not only did she call after hours because she wanted to respond to my email, but she didn’t rush me and she stayed on the phone until everything was settled. I will definitely continue to do business with her!
Jennifer had her hands full dealing with me as father-of-the-bride / event planner! But she was the consummate professional & took it all in her stride, adding her expertise along the way. It was a pleasure dealing with her & CE Rental delivered superior quality & service at a competitive price.
I worked with Jenn Stuart the WEEK OF my wedding... I was so disorganized and I am clueless about design. I also didn’t do any of the prep work Jennifer asked me to do... so she was literally working with a blank canvas. The only thing I brought to our meeting was frustration and a picture of our venue. She was SO NICE and helpful and she wasn’t pushy to oversell me at ALL. She even added and removed things from the contract up until 6 days before THE WEDDING. Now, I would not recommend being like me but Jennifer was so awesome. She made me feel excited about this whole wedding which has been such a pain in the year of 2020. She communicated with my venue on things too because I am honestly the worst 😂. Jenn, thank you SO MUCH. You are amazing and thank you for making this overwhelming process so easy. Thank you for being flexible and helping me to create something magical on SUCH short notice. Truly a lifesaver. So thankful Nora put us in touch.

I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience working with Jennifer and this company. I planned a very spur of the moment outdoor celebration for my daughter’s high school graduation. Within 72 hours I had a tent, tables, chairs and beautiful linens delivered to my house. The crew that delivered and picked up were exceptional. Jennifer has great taste and great ideas.

Great customer service from Anne. The communication of ordering what we needed and changing it as needed was easy. My only issue is that I didn't realize how far I had to drive to pick up & return the items to avoid the delivery charge. Will probably choose a rental place closer in the future but enjoyed the experience.
CE Rental was recommended by our wedding coordinator (Happily Ever After) for our big day, and I was very pleased! I was an out of town bride, which made things a bit more complicated, but Alyssa was wonderful! She answered my million questions and was able to send linen samples as well as recommendations and inspiration pictures. They handled our table linens, linen napkins, and the place settings for our head tables! I enjoyed working with CE Rental and am just disappointed I couldn't visit their show room in person! It looks wonderful, and like every event planner's dream to visit. I would definitely recommend them for any rental needs!!​

We were hosting a rather large event at our home that was in the middle of massive construction project. The back yard, a total disaster. Jennifer and the whole team at CE Rental went right to work to find a solution including a tent with full floor and fabric curtain panels to hide the eye sore of our backyard. Jennifer covered everything to the last detail and was always available to answer our questions. I can’t say enough about about how much I enjoyed working with her . Due to unforseen circumstances the event was canceled and Jennifer went right to work to stop orders so that we received a full refund for the entire project. If I ever need to rent equipment for an event CE Rental is the one I would choose.

I called this place from a Google search, randomly, because I was having people over for Thanksgiving and wanted a suggestion to see if there was any place I could maybe rent a table from. I assumed they wouldn't want to help because I was only having a seven person dinner party. Well, I was wrong. I dealt with Jennifer. She told me there was no event too big or too small and they would be happy to help. The next morning I was in the showroom and Jennifer was helping me with picking out a table, chairs, plates, silverware, glasses, linens...the whole thing. She was so creative and helpful and wonderful to work with. As you can tell from the picture, she came up with a beautiful design for my table and it was EXACTLY how I had imagined it in my head. So if your having a huge corporate event or even just a tiny dinner party, I strongly recommend CE party rental. They think of everything and they got you covered. Thanks again to them for making my Thanksgiving dinner one to remember.

When should I place my order?

You are welcome to place your reservation as far in advance as you like. It is recommended to call at least six months in advance for the best availability, especially during the busier months. Equipment reservations are subject to product availability.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We will deliver your rental items to your home, business, or other location. Delivery rates vary depending on location, the volume of equipment rented (if multiple trucks are needed), delivery location, and other order specifics. Our Event Consultants will review all details with you. Please contact us for additional information.

I need my delivery and pickup to be a set specific times. Do you offer this?

Yes! We offer timed delivery services. Our Event Consultants will review all details of your order with you. Please contact us for additional details.

Will you set up my rentals?

Setup and takedown services are available at an additional charge. Our Event Consultants will review all details with you. Please contact us for details and options!

Do you have a local showroom I can visit?

Yes! We encourage you to visit our local Showroom & Design Center to view our available inventory. Our Event Consultants will work with you to design and choose your rentals for your upcoming event. Please contact us to set up a Showroom appointment and meet with one of our Event Consultants.

Do we need to make an appointment to visit the Showroom?

Appointments are always encouraged to assure that an Event Consultant will be available to work with you and discuss all the details of your event. Please contact us to schedule an appointment!

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept most major forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, wire transfer, and checks. Checks must be submitted 7-10 business days prior to the delivery date for the event. We do not accept cash.

Is a deposit required for my order?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure the rentals for your event. Payment is due in full prior to the delivery date of your event.

What type of event equipment do you rent?

We are one of the largest providers of tabletop and tent rentals. This includes linens, china, glassware, flatware, tables, chairs, stages, flooring, lighting, catering/cooking equipment, and a wide variety of tent options. Please view our Catalog section for more details or contact us today!

Do I need to clean the china, glassware, and other food service items I rent?

We will wash all china, glassware, and other food service items upon return. We do require that all china, glassware, flatware, and other tableware items are returned rinsed and free of food or fluid. All china, glassware, and food service items should be put back into the provided crates/racks in which they were delivered.

Do I need to clean the linens I rent?

No. Please do not attempt to wash/launder the linens. We will wash all linens upon return. We do require that all linens are dry and free of debris, food, etc. If any of the linens are damp, please air dry before placing in the provided return containers. Please place all linens in the provided bins / bags in which they were delivered.
