I reached out to Kenzie at Curated Events to meet at our venue and measure the yard for a tent. In the process, she told me that the tables we had ordered from another vendor (who asked no questions about the dimensions of the site) would be too large to fit in the yard. She was right. She also questioned our decision to have two bars at venue and instead suggested an 8 ft long single bar. She also had other great ideas about how to make our set up ideal. So I switched my table-chair-bar and tent order to Curated Events and the results were stunning. If I had not, I would have been stuck with tables that did not fit the venue nor could they have accommodated our crowd. Kenzie has an eye for event layout; she is efficient and attuned to every detail. I will definitely reach out to her again for any future events. She helped make my son’s wedding day absolutely stellar. I highly recommend her and Curated Events. Their set up-takedown crew is awesome as well.
Curated Events was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding rentals. We used them for all of our tablescape rentals, including tablecloths, napkins, silverware, plates, chargers, glassware, and even outdoor furniture for cocktail hour. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly organized, responsive, and easy to work with. We visited their showroom early in the planning process and were able to design our initial tablescape selections, which made it so much easier to visualize everything. A few months before the wedding, we realized there were a couple things we wanted to change, and they gladly welcomed us back to the showroom so we could make adjustments. That flexibility meant so much and really helped us create a final design that felt exactly like us. They were patient throughout the process, quick to respond to emails, and made what could have felt overwhelming feel easy and enjoyable. We also rented outdoor lounge furniture for cocktail hour, which ended up being such a great addition. It looked beautiful and gave our older family members a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the evening. I would absolutely work with Curated Events again and highly recommend them for any wedding or event rentals.

Curated Events provided the most amazing outdoor venue setup for our daughter’s wedding in the high country. They were easy to work with, had the most beautiful pieces of furniture, lighting, table linens, dance floor etc that we could have imagined combined with prices that we could work with. The large tent was set up on the 9th fairway of Hound Ears Club and everything about what Curated Events provided was fairy tale magic. I highly recommend using them for your next event!

When should I place my order?

You are welcome to place your reservation as far in advance as you like. It is recommended to call at least six months in advance for the best availability, especially during the busier months. Equipment reservations are subject to product availability.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We will deliver your rental items to your home, business, or other location. Delivery rates vary depending on location, the volume of equipment rented (if multiple trucks are needed), delivery location, and other order specifics. Our Event Consultants will review all details with you. Please contact us for additional information.

I need my delivery and pickup to be a set specific times. Do you offer this?

Yes! We offer timed delivery services. Our Event Consultants will review all details of your order with you. Please contact us for additional details.

Will you set up my rentals?

Setup and takedown services are available at an additional charge. Our Event Consultants will review all details with you. Please contact us for details and options!

Do you have a local showroom I can visit?

Yes! We encourage you to visit our local Showroom & Design Center to view our available inventory. Our Event Consultants will work with you to design and choose your rentals for your upcoming event. Please contact us to set up a Showroom appointment and meet with one of our Event Consultants.

Do we need to make an appointment to visit the Showroom?

Appointments are always encouraged to assure that an Event Consultant will be available to work with you and discuss all the details of your event. Please contact us to schedule an appointment!

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept most major forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, wire transfer, and checks. Checks must be submitted 7-10 business days prior to the delivery date for the event. We do not accept cash.

Is a deposit required for my order?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure the rentals for your event. Payment is due in full prior to the delivery date of your event.

What type of event equipment do you rent?

We are one of the largest providers of tabletop and tent rentals. This includes linens, china, glassware, flatware, tables, chairs, stages, flooring, lighting, catering/cooking equipment, and a wide variety of tent options. Please view our Catalog section for more details or contact us today!

Do I need to clean the china, glassware, and other food service items I rent?

We will wash all china, glassware, and other food service items upon return. We do require that all china, glassware, flatware, and other tableware items are returned rinsed and free of food or fluid. All china, glassware, and food service items should be put back into the provided crates/racks in which they were delivered.

Do I need to clean the linens I rent?

No. Please do not attempt to wash/launder the linens. We will wash all linens upon return. We do require that all linens are dry and free of debris, food, etc. If any of the linens are damp, please air dry before placing in the provided return containers. Please place all linens in the provided bins / bags in which they were delivered.
